I don't know how to put our NEW family photo in the header. I obviously figured out how to remove the old one. Let me know if you can walk me through it. Thanks!
Okay, I think I can help. Go to Dashboard (up on the right side when you're signed in to your blog). Go to Design. Click Edit on header. There's a place there where you can insert an image.

I tried that but it only "used" half of the picture. Even with the "shrink to fit" box checked.
